Terms of Service

The service is operated by Nui Studios in Finland (“Nui Studios”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms apply between Nui Studios and each person or organisation accessing or using the service (“you”).

Separate terms published by Roblox Corporation apply to your Roblox account, Roblox transactions, Robux, experiences, groups, and use of Roblox. Nui Studios is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.

You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms. If you are under the age at which you may enter a binding agreement in your country, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms for you.

If you use the service for a company, group, community, school, or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation. You are responsible for complying with Roblox’s age, account, and creator requirements.

The website identifies you through Roblox OAuth. Your Nui Studios account is tied to your numeric Roblox user ID. Usernames and display names may change; the numeric user ID remains the account identifier.

• You may use only a Roblox account that you own or are authorised to control.
• You must keep your Roblox account and active browser sessions secure.
• You must not sell, share, automate, or misuse access to the admin panel or another user’s dashboard.
• You must promptly contact us if you believe your account, license, or session has been accessed without permission.

We may rely on successful Roblox authentication as evidence that the person signing in controls that Roblox account. We are not responsible for compromises originating from Roblox credentials, devices, or third-party services outside our control.

Nui Studios offers digital products intended for Roblox experiences. Product pages describe availability, compatibility, version, price information, license duration, lending availability, documentation, and delivery links. Product descriptions and displayed prices may be corrected when they contain a clear error.

A purchase gives you a license to use the relevant product; it does not transfer ownership of source code, models, trademarks, artwork, documentation, or other intellectual property. The detailed grant and restrictions are in the Product License Agreement, which forms part of these Terms.

Purchases are made through Roblox, including game passes or developer products sold in a Roblox hub. Roblox processes the transaction and controls Robux settlement. The price shown on this website is informational; the price shown by Roblox at confirmation is the transaction price.

A license is normally delivered to the Roblox user ID recorded as the buyer. Delivery appears in the website’s Licenses area after Roblox ownership is confirmed or a trusted hub reports a completed receipt. Temporary delays may occur because of Roblox, network, or database availability.

You must not manipulate receipts, impersonate a buyer, exploit duplicate fulfillment, reverse a transaction while retaining use, or otherwise obtain a license without valid payment or authorisation.

The license record distinguishes its owner from its current holder. Normally they are the same account. If a product permits lending, the owner may lend the license to another Roblox user. The owner keeps ownership, while the borrower becomes the holder authorised to use it.

• The owner cannot use that license while it is lent out.
• The owner may withdraw a loan at any time.
• The borrower may return a loan at any time.
• A borrower receives no ownership, resale, sublicensing, or permanent transfer right.
• Only Nui Studios administrators may transfer recorded ownership, for example to correct an error or complete an approved account change.

Changes take effect through periodic license checks. A running Roblox server may continue under a previously signed authorization lease until that lease expires.

You must use the website, APIs, products, credentials, and licenses lawfully and in accordance with their intended purpose. You must not:

• circumvent, forge, disable, remove, or interfere with license verification;
• share product verification secrets, hub keys, admin sessions, private download links, or other credentials;
• copy, resell, publish, leak, redistribute, or sublicense products except where we expressly permit it in writing;
• probe, scan, overload, disrupt, scrape, or attack the service, Roblox, or related infrastructure;
• use automated traffic outside normal product operation without written permission;
• submit false purchase, ownership, account, or experience information;
• use a product to violate law, Roblox rules, another person’s rights, or platform safety requirements; or
• attempt to access another user’s licenses or restricted administrative functions.

We aim to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Dependencies include Roblox services, Cloudflare, Neon, internet providers, and your own Roblox experience configuration. Maintenance, incidents, rate limits, platform changes, or security concerns may affect access.

We may update products, APIs, verification methods, supported Roblox features, documentation, and technical requirements. You are responsible for installing required product updates and keeping your integration compatible. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material breaking changes through the website or contact channels available to us.

We may suspend or revoke a license, restrict API access, terminate sessions, or limit service access where reasonably necessary to address non-payment or reversal, fraud, unauthorised distribution, credential exposure, abuse, security risk, legal obligations, infringement, or a material breach of these Terms or the Product License Agreement.

Where appropriate, we may provide a reason and an opportunity to contact support. Immediate action may be necessary where delay could cause harm, compromise security, or violate law or platform rules. Ending service access does not remove provisions intended to survive, including intellectual-property, payment, liability, and dispute provisions.

The service depends on and may link to Roblox, Cloudflare-hosted services, product documentation, downloads, and other third-party resources. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. We do not control third-party availability, account decisions, content, or transactions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights under Finnish and European Union law where applicable.

Subject to those mandatory rights, the service and products are provided as available. We do not warrant that every product will suit every experience, remain compatible with every future Roblox update, or operate without interruption. Product documentation states intended requirements and compatibility.

Nui Studios is responsible for direct loss caused by our breach to the extent required by applicable law. We are not responsible for loss caused by your unauthorised changes, failure to follow documentation, credential disclosure, Roblox moderation or outages, third-party services, incompatible scripts or plugins, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where you use the service in the course of business and the law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, or liability that cannot legally be limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, excluding conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or European Economic Area, you also retain any mandatory protections and right to bring proceedings available under the law of your country of residence.

Please contact support@nuistudios.com first so we can try to resolve a dispute. Consumers in Finland may seek guidance from Finnish Consumer Advisory Services and may refer eligible disputes to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board. A dispute not resolved informally is handled by the competent courts under applicable law.

We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal, security, or business changes. We will publish the revised version and effective date. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through the service where practicable. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law; otherwise we will request any consent legally required.
